Mr. Patrick Hocking

Mr. Pat Hocking joined McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C. in 2023.

Mr. Hocking enjoyed a 33-year career in education that included teaching, coaching and administration in Iowa. He was a principal for the PK-12 levels for eighteen years at Northeast Hamilton in Blairsburg Iowa. He was also a superintendent for ten years in Iowa, including Northeast Hamilton, Lisbon and Springville CSD’s. The last seven of those years he was shared as superintendent between Lisbon and Springville. Mr. Hocking retired in July of 2022.
Mr. Hocking received his BS from the University of Dubuque in Dubuque Iowa and his Masters from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri. He completed his Ed. Specialist degree in School Administration from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
