Dr. David Ulrich joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2024.
Dr. David Ulrich has been recognized as an outstanding educational leader throughout his 30 years of service on behalf of students, including 20 years as educational leader.
His career began as a middle school alternative education teacher in Phoenix, Arizona. He worked as a teacher, principal, and district-level administrator in the Kansas City, Missouri metropolitan area before becoming superintendent of schools in Moffat County, Colorado. In 2020, he became superintendent of Kirkwood School District in suburban St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Ulrich graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He also holds a master’s degree in secondary curriculum and instruction from Arizona State University. He earned his doctorate in education leadership from St. Louis University in 2005.
Dr. Ulrich will begin providing search services after he retires in July 2025.
