Dr. Ossian joined McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C. as a consultant in 1997.
In 2005, after a year of retirement from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he was an associate professor and the department chairman of the Educational Administration Department, he accepted an associate professorship at Wayne State College. Since that time he has become a full time professor at Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska.
Dr. Ossian received a B.S. from Iowa State University, an M.Ed. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
Dr. Ossian’s experience includes teaching, coaching, high school principalship, and superintendency, as well as university-based consulting and adjunct positions.
His professional activities and honors include a ,Mott Scholarship at The University of Michigan; evaluating over 150 schools in Michigan, Indiana, Nebraska, and Department of Defense Schools in Europe as a representative of the North Central Association; past President of the Nebraska Association of School Administrators; past President of the Nebraska SchoolMasters Club; and recipient of the Nebraska Council of School Administrator’s Distinguished Service Award in 1992.
