Dr. Jeffrey D. West

Dr. Jeffrey West joined McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C. in 2012.

He was the Executive Administrator for Educational Service Unit 13 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, from 2007-2019. Dr. West is the Executive Director for Lincoln Intermediate Unit #12 in New Oxford, Pennsylvania since 2019.

Dr. West earned a B.S. in Education, Master, Specialist, and Ed.D degrees in Educational Administration.  He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Kearney and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Dr. West served as the national president of the Association of Educational Service Agencies (AESA) in 2017.
