Dr. Lloyd Kilmer

Dr. Lloyd Kilmer joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2012. He is recently retired as an administrator and professor at Western Illinois University and resides in Davenport, Iowa. He taught masters level Principalship courses, Specialist courses and Doctoral courses.  In his tenure at WIU-QC he served as the Asst. Dean for the College of Education and Human Services, Chair of Counselor Education, and Coordinator of Doctoral Studies.  His K-12 experience was in the Omaha, NE area serving several districts as an English teacher, Building Administrator and Curriculum Director.
