Dr. Marjorie Alexander Wallace

Dr. Wallace joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2011. In 2012, she retired after serving as an Administrator/Superintendent for 35 years as the Executive Director of an Intermediate Unit comprising 17 school districts in Northwest Pennsylvania. One of her duties was to  serve as the connection between the state education agency and the school districts.  She served on the National Board for Educational Service Agencies, working with the Federal Government on policies and issues in education.

Dr. Wallace received her Doctorate in Educational Administration from Columbia University with an emphasis on Urban Superintendents. She has extensive experience in recruiting and hiring administrators and has conducted many searches and workshops for Superintendents during her career.
