Dr. Megan Duncan

Dr. Megan Slocum Duncan joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2018.

Dr. Duncan began her career as a teacher with the Bryant School District. She worked as principal for the Wickes and Mena school districts and served as superintendent for Wickes and Elkins School District in Northwest Arkansas. Dr. Duncan was appointed Assistant Commissioner of Education in 2013 for the Arkansas Department of Education. As associate superintendent she assisted Springdale School District and Fayetteville Public Schools and currently serves the students in Conway Public Schools as Assistant Superintendent. She was awarded the 2013 Arkansas Rural Education Superintendent of the Year and the 2017 Arkansas Curriculum and Instruction Administrator of the Year.
