Dr. Randall Gilson

Dr. Randy Gilson joined McPherson & Jacobson L.L.C. in 2015.  He currently serves as the Superintendent of Blair Community Schools, Blair, Nebraska.

Dr. Gilson has been employed in school administration in Phoenix, Arizona, Eastern Nebraska and Central Nebraska as an Activities Director, Elementary Principal, Middle School Principal, Director of Human Resources, and Superintendent. 

Dr. Gilson earned his Doctorate degree in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University.  He holds a Specialist and Master’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
