Dr. Randall Zila

Dr. Randall Zila joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2020.

Dr. Zila consults with Centennial BOCES as their Executive Director and previously served on the Superintendent Search Team for the Colorado Association of School Boards (CASB). A few of Dr. Zila’s prior professional accomplishments include a career at Thompson School District as their Executive Director of Student Achievement and Human Resources and later as District Superintendent for St. Vrain Valley School District.  While at St. Vrain, Dr. Zila earned the honor of Colorado Superintendent of the Year in 2007.

Dr. Zila holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Northern Colorado.  He also received the Roy G. Brubacher Outstanding Administrator Award for distinguish service and outstanding leadership on behalf of the Colorado Board of Cooperative Educational Services for 2021.
