Dr. Reyes Gauna

Dr. Reyes Gauna joined McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C. in 2021.

Dr. Gauna has been the Byron Union School District superintendent in Byron, California, since 2019. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from National University and his Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia Irvine University. He is an adjunct professor with Concordia Irvine, National, and Stanislaus Universities.

Dr. Gauna has worked in public education for the past 28 years. His previous professional experiences include Assistant Superintendent, Director of Educational Services, 6-12 High School and K-8 Principal, Assistant Principal, Elementary, Middle, and High School Counselor, K-8 Teacher, Adult Education Teacher, Campus Safety Monitor, and Custodian.
