Dr. Timothy Williams

Dr. Timothy Williams joined McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C. in 2023.

Dr. Williams retired as a Pennsylvania public school educator in June of 2022 after more than 36 years, the last six as a superintendent. Following retirement, he also served as the Interim Superintendent/Director at the Patricia A. Hannaford Career Center in Middlebury, Vermont for the 2022-23 school year.

His Pennsylvania career culminated with the superintendency at the York Suburban School District in York County, PA. Prior to that, he served as the Superintendent of the Westmont Hilltop School District in Johnstown, PA. Before Westmont, Dr. Williams served in various administrative roles at the Manheim Township School District (PA) and as a middle school teacher and IT Director at the Penn Manor School District (PA.)

Those postings provided Dr. Williams with a wide variety of successful experiences in Pennsylvania and in Vermont, including navigating the pandemic, implementing the International Baccalaureate program, and rejuvenating a career and technology education (CTE) center.

Dr. Williams earned his BA (History) and MS (Education) from Wilkes University. He earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University.
