Dr. Tom Clark joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2016. He has worked in the education field for over 45 years. This time includes fifteen years as a teacher and coach, three years as an assistant principal, ten years as principal, and four and ½ years as superintendent of schools. In December 2001, Tom retired from the public-school system in Mississippi, and started another educationally related career. He served as the full-time Executive Director for the Gulf Coast Education Initiative Consortium (GCEIC) for fourteen years. This organization provides collaboration and professional development opportunities for school districts in coastal counties of Mississippi and Petal, Columbia, Greene County, Forrest County Agricultural High School, Lamar and Lumberton (total of 26 school districts).
Currently, Tom is working as the Chief Development Officer for the Impact Education Group headquartered in Hattiesburg, MS. In addition, he belongs to several professional organizations, and serves on the board of directors for the Lower Pearl River Valley Foundation.← Back to list of consultants
