Mr. Damian La Croix

Mr. Damian LaCroix joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2013.

Mr. LaCroix currently serves as Superintendent of Schools for the Howard-Suamico School District in Green Bay, WI. Vision, passion, and productivity are LaCroix’s trademarks resulting in leadership roles within the League of Innovative Schools, Urban Superintendents Association of America, and Green Bay Chamber Partners in Education. Under his guidance, Howard-Suamico School District won the Proficiency Award from the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence; Bay Port High School has been recognized nationally by Newsweek and The Washington Post as one of the top high schools in America; and, three of his schools have won the prestigious National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award. LaCroix was named by his colleagues as the 2017 WASDA Superintendent of the Year for the State of Wisconsin.
