Ms. Jennifer Tanner

Ms. Tanner joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2018. She has served on the Dysart Unified School District, Surprise, Arizona, Governing Board since 2008. During her tenure on the board, Ms. Tanner has worked to build relations and encouraged partnerships to benefit the community by working as liaison between the district and the City of Surprise and the City of El Mirage.

Ms. Tanner has experienced Superintendent searches within her own district and understands the importance of utilizing a firm who will work with the board in seeking and securing the best Superintendent fit for a district.
