Ms. Sheila Whitlow joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2017. Her 31 years of experience began in 1986 where she taught middle school literacy, science, and math for the Riverview School District.  She worked for the Arkansas Department of Education as a Literacy Specialist for three years.  In 2005, she became the District Curriculum and Instruction Administrator for the White County Central School District until 2009 at which time she became the Superintendent of Schools for that District and served in that capacity until her retirement in 2017.  Currently, she is an independent consultant and will be a Support Coach for the Arkansas Department of Education’s Leadership Quest.

Ms. Whitlow earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and History from the University of Central Arkansas in 1986.  She completed a Masters Degree in Building Level Leadership from Harding University and the program of study for Curriculum and Instruction Administrator from Arkansas State University-Jonesboro.  Her Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership was completed at Harding University in 2010.
